THREE ACRES is VERY WELL ESTABLISHED, and has been serving the locality SINCE AROUND 1960. WE ARE LICENCED BY EAST-RIDING COUNCIL to cater for up to 48 DOGS AND 12 CATS.

This is a purpose built facility, with HYGIENIC FULLY TILED FLOOR AREAS, utilising  BUILT-IN  DRAINS, HEATERS, COVERED OUTDOOR AREAS, AND GRASSED EXERCISE AREAS. ALL KENNELS AREAS ARE HOSED, BRUSHED, MOPPED OUT DAILY USING D.E.F.R.A. APPROVED DISINFECTANTS AND DETERGENTS FOR YOUR PETS OPTIMUM WELFARE!

  We are a FAMILY RUN BUSINESS, and VERY FRIENDLY to talk to, and like to treat all our guests     AS WE WOULD OUR OWN PETS.

We are VERY FLEXIBLE, and willing to  ACCEPT ALL BREEDS.

We pride ourselves on dealing with challenging/problem Dogs, WE WILL NOT TURN YOU AWAY.

We provide QUALITY-BRAND FOODS SUCH AS:- BAKERS COMPLETE, EUKANUBA, SUPADOG COMPLETE, PAL MIXER, TRUSTY WORKING-DOG, WINALOT MEAT, PEDIGREE POUCHES, WHISKERS POUCHES, GO-CAT. If your Pet requires SPECIAL DIETS we will HAPPILY feed them this food, But it will need to be SUPPLIED BY YOURSELVES.

We are very WILLING to  ADMINISTER GUESTS MEDICATION if required.

Although we PROVIDE FULL BEDDING, Guests may bring their  OWN BEDDING and TOYS if preferred to help your Pets stay  MORE LIKE HOME.

DOGS PLAY in our  SECURE, GRASSED, EXERCISE AREAS ON THEIR OWN, or in their  FAMILY GROUP, and NEVER with any others for their SAFETY!  Time is spent SOCIALISING with them on a daily basis.

DOGS ARE EXERCISED 4 TIMES PER DAY. LAST TIME IS 9pm AND MAKES FOR A HAPPIER DOG AND CLEANER KENNELS.

We CONSTANTLY MONITOR Guests, and their needs, and have THE FACILITIES to place Guests in the  MOST SUITABLE surroundings in DIFFERENT AREAS.  

CATS have  their own Bed area  in  two level rom, with a PERSONAL OUTSIDE EXERCISE PEN.

We always offer DISCOUNTS for  SAME-FAMILY GUESTS SHARING A FACILITY, and also for  LONG-STAY GUESTS. Please enquire for your Personal quotation.

WE HAVE NO EXPENSIVE MINIMUM CHARGE POLICY. 

WE OFFER YOU FREE VET INSURANCE WHILST VISITING-NO EXTRA CHARGES.

We offer a DAY-CARE  ONLY FACILITY if this is required.This is IDEAL for Guests to TRY US OUT BEFORE COMMITTING to a long-stay .This "PRACTICE RUN" RE-INFORCES to your  Pet that it  KNOWS from experience that you WILL BE COMING BACK for them and taking them home .     PLEASE ASK FOR ADVICE.
