Three Acres first opened in 1960, and we’ve been serving the pets of East Yorkshire ever since. We have clients returning to us time after time due to the excellent level of care we offer. Because we live on-site, we’re able to be here when your pets need us, and we make sure their stay is a pleasant and comfortable one. We love animals, and this isn’t just a job for us – it’s something we’re passionate about.

Most of our customers are locally based in the YO8, YO19, YO42, YO43, DN14 and HU15 postcode areas, but we also regularly welcome pets from further afield, including Bradford, Leeds, York, Darlington and North Lincolnshire – we even have some clients from as far away as London! Many families come back to us time after time because they know they can trust us to offer the care their pets deserve.

Here to make things simple for you
We know that you need flexibility when it comes to dropping your pet off and picking them up. As such, we’re open every day of the week at the same hours to make things as simple as possible. Our reception hours are 08.30 to 13.30 then 16.00 to 18.30 – please note that we are not open for arrivals or departures on bank holidays, though we are happy to have pets staying with us over these times. We are happy to offer discounts for longer stays, as well as for multiple dogs from the same family – just contact us to find out more!
